A list of the suburbs where first-home buyers can take the most advantage of the state’s new first-home buyer scheme has been revealed.
The bold plan unveiled in the most recent budget would allow buyers to opt into a smaller annual tax as opposed to paying tens of thousands up front for stamp duty.
