Echuca residents left unprotected, threaten legal action | 7NEWS

Frustrated residents on the wrong side of a massive flood levee in the Victorian town of Echuca, are threatening legal action over the “great wall”.
They say if work was taken sooner and the community was properly consulted, the 3 kilometre dirt levee could have been built in a different place.
